Introduction

New type polyether silicone oil RH-NB-6505 is a polyether modified polysiloxane.

Advantage

(1)Endow fabric excellent hydrophilic after using, improving the quality of textile, endowing the clothes excellent wear comfortable.

(3)No yellowing change, less discolour, no effect to color light.

(4)If found the color is not right after dying, no need to remove the softener when re-dying, won't effect the dying, color deep, pure and bright.

(5)No roller-sticky,excellent stability.

Appearance:little yellow transparent liquid

Ionicity: non-ionic

Solid content: 92-94%

Application

Applied to cotton and polyester fabric.

Usage Amount for Reference 

(1) Dipping Process:   RH-NB-6505 diluted emulsion   2-5%(o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process:   RH-NB-6505 diluted emulsion   15-50g/L

Package

100kg or 190kg plastic barrel.

Storage

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-6505 ：100KG

Emulsifier:  25kg

Glacial acetic acid:  2kg

Water:  375kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-6505 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 2 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;

3. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

4. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

5. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

6. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

7. Slowly add rest water while stirring, add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes.

Notice: Must use high speed machine, last time can add water slowly.

Emulsifier: T0 or 13 series.
